Frequently Asked Questions

Which luxury restaurants are unmissable in Paris?

Paris’s finest dining destinations range from the legendary palace hotels of the city centre to discreet addresses around Place des Vosges and the Marais, as well as innovative concepts in western Paris. Brach Paris has become one of the capital’s most distinctive dining destinations, thanks to its Philippe Starck-designed interiors and spectacular open kitchen.

What should I look for when choosing a luxury restaurant in Paris?

Location, culinary style, whether rooted in French tradition or inspired by global influences, and the atmosphere of the dining room are all essential considerations. Pricing should be evaluated alongside ingredient quality, service standards and the overall dining experience. Easy access, valet parking and concierge assistance can also enhance guest comfort.

How do I make a reservation, and when is the best time to book?

We strongly recommend booking online or through our concierge team several weeks in advance, particularly for weekend dinners and major events taking place in the capital. Weekday lunches often provide a quieter atmosphere, ideal for professional meetings and business lunches.

Are there luxury restaurants with exceptional views over Paris?

Several of Paris’s most celebrated restaurants occupy the upper floors of monuments and landmark buildings. Brach Paris offers a unique perspective through its rooftop, which enjoys a 360° panorama over the rooftops of Paris and the majestic silhouette of the Eiffel Tower.
