Carmen Panadero, Managing Director of Impar Capital Asset Management and President of WIRES (Women in Real Estate Spain), brings over 25 years of experience in real estate investment, management, and development.

An architect by training, Carmen has become a leading professional in the Spanish real estate sector, working with institutional investors, family offices, international capital, and public administrations. At Impar Capital Asset Management, she oversees more than €800 million in capital and chairs several regulated real estate investment vehicles. Through her extensive career and leadership roles, she brings a unique perspective on investment, leadership, and the evolution of the real estate industry.
