Our ambition is to create hotels that become the beating hearts of their neighborhoods, where guests and locals come together. Former office buildings, residences or mail sorting centers, these characterful Haussmann-era, neo-industrial or 1930s buildings are reimagined as vibrant places to live and linger, open to the city around them. These transformations take place through the involvement of designers such as Philippe Starck, Jean-Louis Deniot, Christophe Tollemer and Lecoadic & Scotto.
