Brilliant Women Circle x Brach Madrid with Ana Aznar

We are delighted to welcome you to a conversation with Ana Aznar as part of the Brilliant Women Circle, a monthly conversation series led by Sara Zaldívar that highlights accomplished women across diverse fields. Each session offers an intimate conversation with a featured guest, sharing their personal journey, lessons learned, and the challenges they have overcome along the way.

Ana Aznar, PhD in Developmental Psychology, brings together her academic expertise and personal experience to help parents approach parenting with greater confidence and less guilt.

After developing her career as a university professor and researcher at several universities in the United Kingdom, Ana is currently a professor in Rome and the founder of REC Parenting, an online platform supporting mothers and fathers in their parenting journey. A mother of four, she is also the author of Educar También Es Decir No, in which she combines scientific evidence and everyday examples to explore how love and boundaries can create a healthy family environment.
