Chef’s Guest Adam Bentalha × Xavier Pincemin

On September 30, Brach Paris inaugurates CHEF’S GUEST, a new season of invitations conceived by Chef Adam Bentalha around chefs, artisans and personalities invited to share their world.

For this inaugural event, Adam Bentalha welcomes Xavier Pincemin, winner of Top Chef , who brings Carnage to Brach Paris for an evening dedicated to exceptional meats. Aged beef, Wagyu, sweetbreads, and original creations make up a unique menu, alongside offerings from Maison Metzger and Caviar Casparian.
