On November 8, 2026, Brach Paris welcomes the second edition of CHEF’S GUEST, as Chef Adam Bentalha invites Denny Imbroisi for a Sunday brunch inspired by the flavours of Italy.

For one special Sunday, brunch takes on an Italian twist, bringing together a generous selection of pasta, vitello tonnato, Jewish-style artichokes, focaccia, Italian cured meats and cheeses, alongside tiramisu, panna cotta, gelato and other sweet delights.

A celebration of Italian cuisine, sharing and conviviality, accompanied by an Italian cocktail.
