Jean-Louis Deniot has imagined this intimate setting with swivel armchairs, open-weave tweed curtains and carpets in shades of blue and emerald green. As the day unfolds, the lighting softens to enhance the salon’s warm and discreet atmosphere. Adam Bentalha, the Group’s Executive Chef, brings his culinary vision to the restaurant menu.
